A very famous animated movie from Disney and Pixer. A nice one it is. This whole movie is based on one belief of a famous chef, “Anyone can cook”. Yeah, even a mice and that’s the story.
It is believed that the most famous chefs live in France, most famous cusins are made in Paris and most fantastic food is found in Goustav’s Resturent. He always said, “Cooking is an art.” At first few minutes he died, but he was present in the whole movie as an imaginary friend of Remy.
Remy is a mice, with an awesome sense of smell. He can smell even poison, so he is the poison checker in his colony. But his talent is he can smell every food, every spice and imagine which spice will taste superb with which ingredients. It means this mouse is a cook, whose ideal is Chef Goustav. He leaves his colony to help a garbage collector to become the chief chef of Goustav’s restaurant.
Remy sits over the head of that boy and give direction by pressing and pulling his hairs. He can’t cook (yeah, this is the weakest part of the story), so he needs the help of Remy to cook great foods and establish lost fame of the restaurant after Goustav died.
There was a critic who played important role in this movie but played for a very short time.
